How does the Picture Frame Solutions Site work?
Getting the frame you need has never been easier. Our Custom
Made Frame Builder walks you through all the necessary steps of selecting
a stunning Frame for your artwork. Or you can simply select a Ready-Made
Frame from our Ready Made Frames section.
To get started with a Custom Made Frame, choose a wall color or background
image, select a stock picture or upload your own picture, set the image dimensions,
set your mat color and size dimensions, and lastly select a Frame from a
wide variety of choices.
What are the Glossary Terms?
These are common terms used in our industry to help you better
understand some of the options you have when designing you frame.
Uploading an Image
Please Note: You can upload an image in either JPG,TIFF,BMP or GIF format. Maximum image file size is 250 MB.
PC User
1. Click the 'Choose File' button.
2. Locate the picture(s) on your computer
3. Click the 'Open' button; your picture is selected.
4. Click the 'Upload’ button.
MAC User
1. Click the 'Choose File' or 'Browse' button.
2. Locate the picture(s) on your computer
3. Click the 'Choose' button; your picture is selected.
4. Click the "Upload" button.
Registration
Why do I need to register?
Creating a personal account will save you time on your future
visits, and unlocks more of Picture Frame Solutions special features. Stay
tuned for access to your PFS Account.

What if I don’t have a Paypal account?
After you have created your order and are ready to checkout and
pay for your item you will be prompted for your credit card number, e-mail
address and phone number. After reviewing your information you may choose
to save your information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions

Shipping
Picture Frame Solutions gives the customer the best rate possible for shipping.
Most orders are shipped 2nd day unless we are out of stock (In
which you will be contacted asap) or if received on a weekend
and/or after 3pm. PST. If there are any questions regarding rates

Returns, Lost or Damaged Items
Just call or e-mail a customer service advisor to quickly work
with you to correct the situation.
No returns, exchanges or claims will be honored more than 45 days beyond
invoice date. Web specials and clearance merchandise cannot be returned.
Custom orders are subject to a restocking fee.
A Note About Color
We have made every effort possible to present our Online Store products
in the most accurate manner, with high quality photographs and color matching.
The color of the product you receive should closely match what you see on
your screen. Nevertheless, the Internet as a medium is challenged to convey
a standardized color/hue due to the variance in the manufacturer, settings,
and age of monitors; screen images even differ by computer platform. In addition,
with our natural wood products, grain, finish, and hue may very slightly
from the frames pictured on the Online Store.
